HANDS for Cambodia provides health care, health education, clean water, and community development to those in need in Cambodia. HANDS was established in 2005 as a not-for-profit tax-exempt organization. Based in Richardson, Texas, HANDS works with the Khmer Presbyterian Fellowship, the National Cambodian Presbyterian Council (PCUSA), Church World Service, and other charitable organizations to address the physical, mental, and spiritual health of the people we serve.
