Music at Eliot
Music and Choirs
Eliot Church has four choirs!
Cambodian Choir
The Cambodian Choir sings on the last Sunday of the month.
They rehearse at 11:30 a.m. on the middle two Sundays of each month, and at 9:15 a.m. on the days they sing in worship.
They sing anthems in the Khmer language. Speak to a choir member for further information.
African Fellowship Choir
The African Fellowship Choir sings on the second Sunday of the month. They meet for practice after worship on Sundays.
They sing songs of faith from the heritage of several nations in Africa as well as songs in English with an African flavor. New members are always welcome to join.
Inspiration Choir
The Inspiration Choir sings the first and third Sundays of the month.
They meet to practice on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 to 9 p.m. and at 9 a.m. on the days they sing in worship. New members are always welcome to join; just show up at a rehearsal.
Celebration Choir
The Celebration Choir rehearses on occasional Sundays during worship, after the children's story.
Anyone who is in middle school or younger and would like to sing is invited to come to rehearsal.
In rehearsals we will get to know each other, learn about singing, warm up our voices, and prepare music for worship.
